After the strong success and growing demand from our past events, we’re opening a limited number of sponsorship opportunities for our 5th Annual Scavenger Hunt at the 2027 ARA Rental Show in New Orleans. Our promise is simple: we drive qualified attendees directly to your booth.
How It Works
Participants are active members of our group—industry professionals who are already invested in rental products and solutions.
Built-In Booth Traffic
Using our event guide, participants must locate your booth, scan a custom QR code, and request a unique “secret code” from your team to continue the hunt. Real Conversations (Not Just Walk-Bys) To move forward, attendees must engage with your staff—giving your team a natural opportunity to start meaningful conversations with warm, qualified leads.
Pre-Show Promotion
In the months leading up to the show, we spotlight your brand with dedicated features inside our group—building awareness and anticipation before the event even begins.
Sponsorship Details
To ensure quality engagement, participation is limited to 16–24 companies on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each sponsor:
Contributes one item to the Grand Prize Package. Is encouraged (optional) to offer a booth-only giveaway to further increase engagement
