🏴‍☠️ How to Play

The Rental Group Annual Scavenger Hunt is a fun, interactive activity designed to help you discover exhibitors, build industry connections, and win great prizes—all from your smartphone!

While the rules remain the same each year, every Annual Scavenger Hunt features a unique theme inspired by the host city. Whether you're hunting for pirate treasure in New Orleans, exploring the bright lights of Las Vegas, or embarking on another themed adventure, each year's challenge offers a fresh experience.

📱 Step 1 – Play from Your Smartphone

No paper forms are required. Simply use your smartphone to participate throughout the event.

🏴‍☠️ Step 2 – Find the Official Scavenger Hunt Booths

Visit the exhibit hall and look for the Official Scavenger Hunt Booth sign displayed at participating sponsor booths.

Each Official Scavenger Hunt Booth will feature a unique QR code that launches that booth's challenge directly on your smartphone.

🎯 Step 3 – Complete the Challenge

Scan the QR code and complete the booth's game, trivia question, puzzle, or activity.

Each completed Official Scavenger Hunt Booth earns you an entry into the prize drawing.

Keep an eye out for Bonus Booths, which award additional entries and special surprises.

🏆 Win Great Prizes

The more Official Scavenger Hunt Booths you complete, the better your chances of winning.

At the conclusion of the event, three winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

🥇 1st Place – Receives first choice from the Grand Prize collection.

🥈 2nd Place – Selects from the remaining prize selection.

🥉 3rd Place – Receives the remaining prize package.

⚖️ Play Fair

The Annual Scavenger Hunt is designed to encourage networking, learning, and meaningful interaction with exhibitors. Please do not share QR codes, challenge answers, or solutions with other participants. Any participant found attempting to circumvent the rules may be disqualified.
