Be Respectful

Treat all members with courtesy and professionalism. Personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

Stay Professional

Keep discussions relevant to the rental industry. Healthy debate is encouraged, but disagreements should remain respectful and constructive.

No Spam

Do not post unsolicited advertisements, repetitive promotions, or irrelevant content. Vendors are welcome to participate and share their expertise in a way that provides value to the community.

Respect Privacy

Do not share another person's personal or confidential business information without their permission.

Follow the Law

Do not post content that violates applicable laws or infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Moderator Decisions

Rental Group administrators and moderators reserve the right to remove content or restrict participation when necessary to maintain a positive and professional environment.
